Returns Policy

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery date. Your item can arrive at our return centre after the 14-day window; what matters is that the request is made in time.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For returns due to a product quality issue, an incorrect item being shipped, or any error made on our end, no return fee will be charged.
  • All other returns will incur a 5% restocking fee will also be applied to all accepted returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • To start a return, contact us at dealspleasee@gmail.com. Accepted returns should be sent to: Legge Lane, B1 3LD, United Kingdom. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can put it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalised products, personal care items, socks, tights, underwear, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you're unsure about your item, get in touch.

Exchanges

  • The quickest way to get what you need is to return your item and, once accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

EU Customers - 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements apply, including return shipping costs and the 5% restocking fee.

Refunds

  • Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received it, contact us at dealspleasee@gmail.com.
